SARISABARI, April 11, 2021 (BSS) – State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Md Murad Hassan today took responsibility for medical college admission of Md Sumon, who was worried about his admission after qualifying in the recent entry test.
“I have taken responsibility for Sumon’s admission in medical college and already handed over Taka 20,000 to his family. I will also give financial support for Sumon’s studies,” the state minister said.
Being informed about Sumon’s condition after he got the chance to study in Bagura medical college, he sent the money last night to Sumon’s family through Shakhawatul Alam, councilor of Sarisabari Pourasava ward No-5.
Besides, vice president of Upazila Awami League Mahbubur Rahman assured to provide support for Sumon’s studies in medical college.
Fahima Akter, a housewife at Sarisabari, also assured that she will give Taka 500 each month to Sumon.
“I was worried about my admission to medical college. Now it is solved, as the state minister for information and broadcasting Dr Murad Hassan sir sent Taka 20,000 to my house,” Sumon said.
He also said that the state minister has also assured him of providing financial support for his medical studies.
