Seminar on public service delivery held at JU
SAVAR, July 18, 2018 (BSS) – A daylong seminar titled, ‘Governance and
Public Service Delivery in Bangladesh’ was held on the Jahangirnagar
University (JU) campus here today.
JU Public Administration Department organised the seminar at the seminar
room of Zahir Raihan auditorium, marking its 12th founding anniversary.
JU Vice-Chancellor Prof Farzana Islam inaugurated the seminar as the
chief guest at 11 am.
Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Professionals Prof Abul Kashem
Majumder and JU Treasurer Prof Sheikh Md Monzurul Huq addressed the seminar
as special guests.
Chaired by chairman of the department Associate Professor Jebunnesa, the
seminar was addressed, among others, by acting registrar of the university
Rahima Kaniz and convener of the seminar Nurul Amin.
Over 200 students and teachers participated in the seminar.
