DHAKA, March 9, 2021 (BSS) – Prime Minister and Awami League (AL) President
Sheikh Hasina today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of her
party’s former president of Cumilla North and national committee member Abdul
Awal Sarker.
In a message of condolence, she said, “The party has lost a dedicated
leader at the demise of the veteran Awami League leader.”
The premier prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep
sympathy to the bereaved family.
