DHAKA, March 3, 2021(BSS) – ATN Bangla’s Nadira Kiron and Bangladesh
Sangbad Sangstha (BSS)’s Md Tanzim Anwar have been elected President and
General Secretary (GS) respectively of the 13-member executive committee of
Aviation and Tourism Journalists’ Forum of Bangladesh (ATJFB) for 2021-22.
The other office bearers of the new committee are Kaler Kantha’s Masud
Rumee (Vice President), Boishakhi TV’s Rita Nahar (Joint Secretary), BTV’s,
Md Shafiullah Sumon (Treasurer), Banik Barta’s Monjurul Islam (Organizing
Secretary), RTV’s Zulhas Kabir (Publicity & Publication Secretary) and Bhorer
Dak’s EMrul Kausar Emon (Office Secretary).
Besides, five persons were elected Executive Members of the organisation.
They are – Altab Hossain (Jai Jai Din), Rashidul Hasan (The Daily Star),
Abdullah Tuhin (Jamuna TV), Tawhidul Islam (Amader Shomoye) and Baten Biplob
(Asian TV).
The new committee was formed after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the
forum at Dhaka Reporters’ Unity (DRU) here on Tuesday, a press release said
today.
