DHAKA, Jan 18, 2021 (BSS) – Awami League (AL) General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Chattogram City unit of AL member Tareq Solaiman Selim.
In a condolence message, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Selim, also former councilor of the 31-number ward of Chattogram City Corporation, breathed his last this afternoon while undergoing treatment at a Chattogram hospital at the age of 57.
He is survived by his wife, a son and two daughters.
