DHAKA, Aug 07, 2020 (BSS) – Satkhira district Awami League (AL) former Secretary for Industry and Commerce Affairs and chairman of Debhata Upazila Parishad and Debhata Upazila Freedom Fighter (FF) Commander Abdul Gani died while undergoing treatment at a city hospital in the early hours of today.
He was 68.
Gani left behind his wife, four sons and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Abdul Gani.
In a condolence message, he prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
