DHAKA, July 27, 2020 (BSS) – Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of lawmaker M Israfil Alam of Naogaon-6 constituency.
In a condolence message, the minister called Israfil Alam as an ideal patriot.
Dr Hasan, also joint general secretary of the Awami League, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Israfil Alam breathed his last at 6:40 this morning while undergoing treatment at city’s Square Hospital.
