Public Administration Ministry cannot stop working during pandemic: Farhad
DHAKA, July 16, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain today said there is no scope for the Ministry of Public Administration to stop working during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as all ministries are linked with it.
He said this while addressing a virtual discussion meeting with the heads of various departments, agencies and sub-divisions under the Ministry of Public Administration here, a press release said.
The state minister said every ministry has involvement with the Ministry of Public Administration over many issues.
During the coronavirus pandemic, this ministry, in some cases, had to work on a limited scale but with more caution and dynamism, he added.
The state minister emphasized on increasing the use of digital technology to provide services to the people more quickly and efficiently in the future and called upon all to work actively from their respective positions to deal with the current situation.
