DHAKA, July 13, 2020 (BSS) – The government has decided to appoint Major General Md Ashikuzzaman as the new Bangladesh Ambassador to Kuwait, a foreign ministry press release said here today.
Major General Md Ashikuzzaman has been serving as Senior Directing Staff (Army) in National Defence College (NDC) Bangladesh.
Ashikuzzaman was commissioned in Bangladesh Army in 1988 who served in Instructional, Staff and Command appointments at various levels.
He also served in three United Nation Peace Support Missions in Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast and D R Congo.
He obtained his Masters of Defence Studies and Masters of Strategic Studies from National University, Bangladesh.
