CHAPAINAWABGANJ, July 10, 2020 (BSS) – A total of thirty five more persons were detected with coronavirus (COVID-19) positive in the district last night, raising the total number of infected patients to 157.
Civil surgeon office of Chapainawabganj received the results of 91 samples from Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, civil surgeon Dr. Jahid Nazrul Chowdhury told BSS last night.
He added that 22 of the newly affected persons are from Chapainawabganj sadar upazila, nine from Shibganj upazila, two from Gomostapur upazila, one from Nachole upazila and one from Bholahat upazila. They are remaining in home quarantine under their supervision.
A total of 91 patients have, so far, recovered from the disease in the district, he added.
