DHAKA, June 2, 2020 (BSS) – Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of eminent Islamic scholar (alem) Alhaj Maulana Kazi Muhammad Nurul Islam Hashemi.
In a condolence message, the prime minister recalled with profound respect Maulana Hashemi’s contributions to the preaching and expansion of the holy religion Islam.
Sheikh Hasina prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
