GAIBANDHA, May 31, 2020 (BSS) – The government allocated 2, 08, 55,000 Taka as grant for the 4171 mosques of all the seven upazillas of the district last month.
Official sources said, taka 5,000 would be disbursed to the mosques each for its overall development.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abdul Motin told BSS that they had already received the money allotted for the mosques from the government
The money distribution work to the mosques would start immediately, the DC added.
