DHAKA, May 27, 2020 (BSS) – Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Rangpur and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at some places over the country.
Day and night temperature may fall 1-2 degrees Celsius over the country, said a met office release here today.
Country’s maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 34.6 degrees Celsius jointly at Rajshahi and Jashore while the lowest one today 18.7 degrees Celsius at Tetulia.
Maximum rainfall for the last twenty-four hours till 6am today was recorded 145milimeters (mm) at Dinajpur.
The sun sets at 6.40pm today and rises at 5.11am tomorrow in the capital.
