RAJSHAHI, Feb 26, 2020 (BSS) – A two-day ‘RUCC Job Fair-2020’ began for the
seventh consecutive time on Rajshahi University (RU) campus here today.
Rajshahi University Career Club (RUCC) organised the fair at RU Sheikh
Russel Model School playground.
In addition to RU, other job-seekers, who obtained graduation and post-
graduation degrees from other institutions, can avail the scopes of
submitting their bio data’s in the fair.
Over 24 companies are taking part in the event offering spot jobs to the
candidates after taking curriculum vitae and interviewing them.
RU Pro-VC Prof Chowdhury Jakaria addressed the opening session as chief
guest while Proctor Prof. Lutfor Rahman spoke as special guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Chowdhury Jakaria said the youth forces
have already started building a Digital Bangladesh through their learning and
earning activities.
He said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is extending all support towards them
so that they could build themselves as ICT-based income-generators.
Five seminars related to carrier building will also be held at the
conference hall of Deans Complex during the fair.
