SANGSAD BHABAN, Jan 29, 2020 (BSS) – Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Haq today said the number of country’s total voters are 10,96,06,187 including the male, female and hizras.
The minister said this while responding to a star-marked question made by BNP lawmaker M Mosharraf Hossen of Bogura-4 in the House here.
According to the latest survey, country’s total voters are 10,96,06,187—5,53,25,292 are male and 5,42,80,542 are female while the Hizra population are only 353.
In Dhaka, the total voters of the district are 78,86,707—where 40,34,593 are male and 38,52,085 are female while only 29 are hizras.
