DHAKA, Jan 21, 2020 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today mourned the death of Awami League (AL) lawmaker and former state minister for Public Administration Ismat Ara Sadique.
In a condolence message, the President expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Ismat Ara.
The head of the state prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and
conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Ismat Ara, AL MP from Jashore-6 constituency, breathed her last this
morning at a city hospital. She was 78.
She was the wife of late Awami League politician and former Education
Minister ASHK Sadique.
