DHAKA, Jan 21, 2020 (BSS) – Awami League General Secretary and Road
Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed deep shock and
sorrow at the death of Awami League (AL) lawmaker and former state minister
for Public Administration Ismat Ara Sadique.
In a condolence message, the minister prayed for eternal peace of the
departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family, said a
press release here.
Ismat Ara, AL MP from Jashore-6 constituency, breathed her last this
morning while undergoing treatment at a city hospital. She was 78.
