3 of a family killed in Jashore road accident
JASHORE, Jan 18, 2020 (BSS) – Three female members of a family were
killed and four others injured in a road accident in the town early Saturday.
Assistant Superintendent of Jashore police Md Touhidul Islam said the
accident occurred in the town’s Shaheed Mashiur Rahman road area when a
private car hit an electric pole as its driver lost control over the
steering, leaving the trio dead on the spot.
The deceased were identified as Tonima Yasmin Piyasha, 25, her elder
sister Tanjila Yasmin Easha, 30 and their cousin Afroza Tabassum Tithi, 35.
All of them are residents of the town.
The injured were admitted to Jashore 250-bed Hospital.
A case was filed with Jashore Kotwali Model Thana in this connection.
