Flight operations in Ctg airport suspended due to dense fog
CHATTOGRAM, Dec 21, 2019 (BSS)- The flight operations from Chattogram Shah Amanat International Airport remained suspended till 10 am today due to dense fog.
Traffic department of the airport told BSS that after decrease of fog, the flight operations will become normal.
Airport Civil Aviation sources said following the interruptions of landing and take-off of two flights, the flight operations remained temporarily suspended.
Airport Manager Wing Commander Sarowar-E-Jaman told BSS that lack of visibility due to dense fog, the authority temporarily suspended the operations till 10 am today.
The flight operations at the airport resumed after 11 am, he added.
