NARAYANGANJ, Oct 20, 2019 (BSS) – A police constable was killed as a
truck hit his motorcycle in Sonargaon of the district today.
The constable was identified as Arif Hossain, 25, hailed from Munshiganj
district and was appointed in Narayanganj Police Lines.
Police said the accident occurred this noon in Lalati area on Dhaka-
Gazipur-Madonpur Bypass Road when Arif was going to Araihazar upazila riding
the motorcycle. Arif Hossain died on the spot.
Officer-in-Charge of Sonargaon Thana Moniruzzaman said a case is being
processed to file.
