LABOUR-CHEQUE-DISTRIBUTION
Munnujan distributes cheques to poor labors in Barishal
BARISHAL, Oct 19, 2019 (BSS) – State Minister for Labour and Employment
Begum Munnujan Sufian today distributed cheques among the financially-
distressed labors of Barishal division.
A total of 39 poor labours and their families received cheques for Taka
19.75 lakh at a cheque-distribution ceremony at Nagar Bhaban on city
corporation Chattar in Barishal, said an official release here.
With Barisal City Corporation Mayor Serniabat Sadiq Abdullah in the chair,
the programme was attended, among others, by Deputy Secretary of Ministry of
Labor and Employment Mahidur Rahman and Khulna Divisional Director of the
Department of Labor Mizanur Rahman.
