JASHORE, Oct 18, 2019 (BSS) – Two pedestrians were killed as a passenger
bus crushed them in Abhaynagar upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased identified as Golam Nobi, 75, and Josna Begum were the
residents of Abhaynagar upazila and Khulna district respectively.
Police said the accident occurred around 6 am as the driver of the bus
lost his control over steering in Jaforpur area on Jashore-Khulna Highway.
Golam Nobi and Josna Begum died on the spot.
Police seized the bus.
