The Industries Minister was speaking as the chief guest at a discussion on “Constant Evolution of the International System of Units (SI)” at BSTI auditorium in the city.
BSTI organised the discussion marking the “World Metrology Day-2018”. Additional Secretary of the Industries Ministry M Enamul Haque was present as special guest while BSTI Director General Sardar Abul Kalam presided over the discussion.
Amu said that regional offices of the BSTI would conduct anti-adulteration drives at the district and upazila levels.
