DHAKA, Aug 6, 2019 (BSS) – Nushrat Jahan, a sub-registrar of Rajarhat upazila in Kurigram, was killed in a road accident today on the Bogura-Rangpur Highway in Gobindaganj, Gaibandha.
Nushrat, 35, died on the spot when a microbus, carrying Nushrat and her two children, met the accident as she was on her way to Dhaka from her workplace, a Law Ministry sources said, adding that her two children miraculously survived.
Nushrat, from Pirojpur Sadar, joined as sub-registrar in 2017.
Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq expressed profound shock at the death of Nushrat and conveyed his deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
The minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
