MEHERPUR, Aug 01, 2019 (BSS) – The State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain here today said that Sheikh Kamal IT training centre would be built in Mujibnagar.
He was addressing as chief guest a function marking foundation stone laying of Sheikh Fozilatunnesa Academy Building at Kobi Nazrul Shikkha Monjil in the Meherpur town.
Farhad Hossain said Mujibnagar Project would be the latest tourist spot in the country. An Aquarium Museum on liberation war will be setup under the project, he added.
President of the Managing Committee of Kobi Kazil Nazrul Shikkha Monjil Md AZM Marufuzzoha chaired the function that was spoken by Sanjida Islam, head teacher of the school. Deputy Commissioner of Meherpur Md Ataul Goni, Additional Police Super Hasibur Rahman, Education Officer Shahin Akhter and Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Masudul Alom were present.
Earlier, the State Minister placed a wreath on the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dr Shahid Samsuzzoha Park and inaugurated a blood donating camp in the town.
