Kamal for grooming “clean” students as BCL leaders


DHAKA, July 20, 2019 (BSS) – Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal today asked the leaders of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) to groom the students owning clean images to reach the organisation a new height.

“You should elect the student leaders who are above controversy and regular in studies helping the BCL towards the journey of establishing Bangladesh as a middle income country by 2021 and a developed nation by 2041,” he told the council of BCL Jagannath University unit on the campus.

BCL President Md. Rezwanul Haque Chowdhury Shovon inaugurated the council.

BCL General Secretary (GS) Golam Rabbani, former BCL GS Nazrul Islam Babu, MP, Awami League central executive committee member Kazi Md. Nazibullah Hiru, Dhaka South Awami League GS Shah-e-Alam Murad, addressed the programme with the council preparation committee convener Ashraful Islam Titon in the chair.
