DHAKA, June 27, 2019 (BSS) – The day-long UCCC Blitz Chess Championship will be held tomorrow at Engineers Club Hall Room in the city’s Uttara.
Engineers Club Limited vice president engineer Chandan Kumar Das will formally inaugurate the meet as the chief guest while Rural Power Company Limited executive director engineer M Selim Bhuiyan will distribute the prizes after the championship in the evening.
Association of Chess Players Bangladesh acting president Poet M Asaduzzaman, Morning Glory Chess Club Kushtia’s president Dr. Roton Kumar Pall, and Uttara Central Chess Club adviser poet Anwar Mozid will be present as the specials guests.
The winners of the championship, organized by Bangladesh Chess Federation, will be given cash prize and trophy.
