DHAKA, May 6, 2019(BSS)- Bangladesh national women’s football team captain Sabina Khatun is due to leave for Indian state of Kerala today night (8 pm) to represent for Gokulam Kerala Football Club, a professional football club of India, which are taking part in the Indian’s Women’s League now being held in Ludhiana in Punjab.
The country’s fame striker Sabina has signed contract with the club till May 22. A total of 14 clubs are participating in the league.
It’s the second occasion Sabina is going to take part in the Indian women’s league after she along with Krishna Rani Sarkar played the league last year.
