DHAKA, Feb 8, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD)
today predicted dry weather with partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country
in next 24 hours commencing 9 am today.
However, rain or thunder showers are likely to occur at many places over
Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions and at one or two places over Dhaka,
Mymensingh and Khulna divisions, a Met office bulletin said.
Light fog may occur at some places over the country tomorrow morning.
Night temperature may rise by 1-3 degrees Celsius over the country while
day temperature may fall slightly over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna and
Mymensingh divisions and it may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the
country.
The highest temperature in the country on Thursday was recorded 31.2
degrees Celsius at Sitakunda in Chattogram and today’s minimum temperature is
10.8 degrees Celsius at Srimangal in Sylhet division.
The sun sets at 5.49 pm today and rises at 6.36 am tomorrow in the
capital.
