DHAKA, Jan 22, 2018 (BSS) – Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barisal, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions and light to moderate fog elsewhere over the country during midnight to tomorrow morning, according to a met office release issued here today.
Mild cold wave is sweeping over the districts of Rajshahi, Pabna, Panchagarh, Dinajpur, Satkhira, Jessore, Kushtia and Barisal and it may abate from some places by 9 am tomorrow, the release said.
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country during the period while night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Minimum temperature of the country was recorded today 8.7 degrees celsius at Rajshahi and maximum temperature at 27.4 degrees Celsius at Sitakunda in Chittagong division yesterday.
The sun sets at 5.38 pm today and rises at 6.42 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
