Hong Kong stocks jump in morning session
HONG KONG, Dec 19, 2017 (BSS/AFP) – Hong Kong shares rallied Tuesday, ending
the morning sharply higher as investors built on the previous day’s gains
fuelled by optimism that market-friendly US tax cuts will be passed this
week.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.83 percent, or 240.66 points, to 29,291.07 by
the break.
