DHAKA, Sept 27, 2022 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department today
predicted rain in different parts of the country in the next 24 hours
commencing 9am.
"Light to moderate rain or thunder showers, accompanied by temporary gusty or
squally wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places over
Rangpur division and at a few places over Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka,
Khulna, Barisal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls
at places over the country," said a Met office bulletin issued this morning.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it
added.
The highest temperature on Monday recorded 36.8 degree Celsius in
Rajshahi, while today's minimum temperature was 23.8 degree Celsius in
Cumilla.
The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours was recorded 40 mm in Nikli.
The sun sets at 6:50 pm today and rises at 5:49 am tomorrow in the capital.
