DHAKA, Sept 25, 2022 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department predicted
light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind
is different parts of the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9am
today.
"Light to moderate rain or thundershowers, accompanied by temporary gusty
wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram
and Sylhet divisions; at a few places over Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions and
at one or two places over Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy
to heavy falls at isolated places over the country," said a Met office
bulletin issued this morning.
Day temperature may fall slightly over northern part of the country and may
remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country, while night temperature
may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.
The highest temperature on Wednesday was recorded 35.4 degrees Celsius in
Jashore, while today's minimum temperature was 22.8 degrees Celsius in
Rajarhat.
The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours was recorded 150mm in Tetulia.
The sun sets at 5:52 pm today and rises at 5:48 am tomorrow in the capital.
