DHAKA,July 27, 2021 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today released a special commemorative postage stamp, an opening day cover and a Data Card marking the 50th birth anniversary of her ICT Affairs Adviser Sajeeb Wazed Joy and a grandson of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

 The Prime Minister unveiled the 10-Taka commemorative postage stamp, a 10-Taka opening day cover and a five-Taka Data Card at a simple ceremony at her official Ganabhaban residence this morning.

 A special canceller was used on the occasion.

 Minister for Posts and Telecommunications Mustafa Jabbar, PMO Secretary Md Tofazzel Hossain Miah, Posts and Telecommunications  Secretary Afzal Hossain and Director General of Directorate of Posts,  Bangladesh Post Office, Md Siraz Uddin, were  present on the occasion.

 The stamp, first-day cover and data card would be sold from Philatelic Bureau of Dhaka GPO from today and those would be available at other GPOs and head post offices across the country later.
