DHAKA, May 27, 2022 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of heroic freedom fighter and former Additional Inspector General of Bangladesh Police Shamsuddin Ahmed.

In a condolence message, she recalled with respect the role of Shamsuddin Ahmed in compiling and publishing "Secret Documents of Intelligence Branch on Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman". 

The Prime Minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
