DHAKA, Oct 23, 2021 (BSS)- Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) 
today forecasted rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind 
at one or two places over Rangpur, Barishal and Chattogram divisions in the 
next 24 hours commencing at 9 am today. 

     "Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to 
occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Barishal and Chattogram divisions in 
24-hour till 9am tomorrow," said a met office bulletin issued here this 
morning.

  Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere 
over the country, the bulletin added.

      Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. 

     The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours as of 6 am today was recorded 
09 mm at Hatiya in Chattogram division.

      Country's maximum temperature on yesterday was recorded 34.2 degrees 
Celsius at Jashore in Khulna division and minimum temperature today was 20.3 
degrees Celsius at Rajarhat in Rangpur division.

      Today's sunset at Dhaka at 5.26 pm and tomorrow's sunrise will be at 
6.00 am.
