DHAKA, Sept 20, 2021 (BSS) - Light to moderate rain or thunder showers

accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over
Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions, at a few places over Rajshahi and
Dhaka divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet
divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at isolated places over the
country.

   Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly
unchanged over the country.

   The country's maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 34.5 degree
Celsius in Rajshahi and the minimum temperature recorded today was 24.0
degree Celsius at Sitakunda in Chittagong District and Mongla.

   Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6:00am today was recorded 99
millimeters (mm) at Khulna.

   The sunsets at 5:58pm today and rises at 5:46 am tomorrow in the capital.
