Chattogram, Sept 5, 2021 (BSS)- Deputy Minister for Education Barrister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury Nawfel called upon the engineers to highlight the development works of the government before the people.

He made the call at a view exchanging meeting with Bangabandhu Engineers Parishad, Chattogram Chapter at city’s GEC crossing on Sunday morning.

The Deputy Education Minister said that the engineers are directly involved in the ongoing development efforts of Bangabandhu's daughter Sheikh Hasina's government.

“If the engineers highlight the benefits of development activities before the people, they will be able to understand how much development works are going on in the country and what benefits they can reap from it. So, they can highlight the government's developments to the people,” he added.

Bangabandhu Engineers Parishad Chattogram Chapter President Engineer Mohammad Harun presided over the meeting while Power Development Board Chattogram Chief Engineer Dewan Samina Banu, Chattogram City Corporation Chief Engineer Rafiqul Islam Manik, Engineer Rashid Ahmed Chowdhury, Engineer MA Rashid, and Engineer Khorshed Uddin Ahmed Badal, among others, spoke on the occasion.
