DHAKA, Jan 29, 2023 (BSS) - Little magazine Kobita Sankranti has published Kabi Kamal Chowdhury issue marking his 66th birthday.

 A discussion was held today on the issue at Kabi Sufia Kamal auditorium of the National Museum at Shahbagh here.

Former cultural affairs minister Asaduzzaman Noor, also a cultural personality, joined the function as the chief guest.

Security Services Division Secretary Abdullah Al Masud Chowdhury, Jatiya Grantha Kendro Director poet Minar Monsur, poets Tarik Sujat, Shamim Reza and Saymon Zakaria also addressed the function.

Kobita Sankranti editor Ranju Rahim delivered the welcome address at the function which was moderated by poet Shihab Shahriar.

Bangla Academy Director General Mohammad Nurul Huda chaired it.

Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, better known as poet Kamal Chowdhury, earlier served as Prime Minister's principal secretary and chief coordinator of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's Birth Centenary Celebration National Implementation Committee.
