SIRAJGANJ, June 29, 2022 (BSS) - Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a
drive held an alleged drug peddler with 300 pieces of yaba tablets from
Shahjadpur upazila of the district last night.

The arrested was identified as Jwel Rana, 38, hailed from Vatpara village in
the upazila.

On information, a team of the elite force conducted a raid at Vatpara village
midnight last night and nabbed Jwel with the contraband drugs, Media Officer
of RAB-12 said this morning.

Later, the arrested person, along with the seized goods, was handed over to
the concerned police station.
