RANGPUR, Nov 24, 2021 (BSS) - The number of the first dose recipient

citizens of Covid-19 vaccine rose to 65, 62,710 with the inoculation of
74,244 more with the first dose of the jab today in Rangpur division.

     "Among 74,244 new first dose recipients, 36,227 were inoculated with
Sinopharm Covid-19 jab, 30, 430 with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jab and 7,587
Pfizer Covid-19 jab today," Acting Divisional Director (Health) Dr Abu Md
Zakirul Islam told BSS at 8:35 pm.

     The total first dose recipient 65,62,710 citizens include 17,24,421
people vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jab, 46,28,665 people with
Sinopharm Covid-19 jab, 1,31,849 with Moderna Covid-19 vaccine and 77,775
with Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.

     Meanwhile, the number of the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine recipient
citizens rose to 36,76,118 with inoculation of more 33,163 people with the
second dose of the jab today in the division.

     Among the 33,163 new second dose recipient citizens, 14,936 people were
inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jab, 18,074 with Sinopharm Covid-19
vaccine and 153 with Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine in the division today.

     "The second dose recipient 36,76,118 citizens include 7,86,161
inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jab, 27,63,796 with Sinopharm Covid-19
jab, 1,25,779 with Moderna Covid-19 jab and 382 with Pfizer Covid-19
vaccine," he added.
