CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Oct 23, 2021 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested

an alleged arms peddler with three one shooter guns from Gomostapur in the
district last night.

  The arrested person is Md. Mithun Mia, 24 of Jagat village under the
upazila.

  RAB said acting on detective information, an operation team of the elite
force conducted a raid at Bongpur village at 8.30 pm and arrested Mithun with
the arms.

  Later the arrestee was handed over to the police with filing a case.
