CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Feb 5, 2023 (BSS) - Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) recovered
1,104 bottles of contraband Indian Phensidyl and 74 bottles of foreign liquor
in two separate drives early today.

BGB said, a patrol team of BGB from Shialmara Border Outpost (BOP) conducted
a raid in a mango orchard at Shialmara under Shibganj upazila of the district
at 12:30 am and recovered 1,055 bottles of Phensidyl in an abandoned
condition.

Another team of BGB from Sonamasjid BOP on a tip off raided Swashanghat area
in the same upazila at 4:30 am and found 74 bottles of foreign liquor and 49
bottles of Phensidyl.
