President greets Bangladesh U-18 national women’s football team
DHAKA, Oct 07, 2018 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today congratulated Bangladesh U-18 national women’s football team for winning coveted title of maiden SAFF U-18 Women’s Championship beating Nepal by 1-0 goal in the final held at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu, Bhutan.
“This victory will be shinning in the football history of Bangladesh and it will advance the country’s football,” the President said in a congratulatory message issued here.
He congratulated all concerned, including players and coach, and hoped that this victory will continue the winning spree in future.
