England 89-4 against India in 2nd Test

LONDON, Aug 11, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – England slumped to 89 for four in reply to
India’s first innings 107, a deficit of 18 runs, at lunch on the third day of
the second Test at Lord’s on Saturday.

Joe Root, the England captain, was lbw to Mohammed Shami for 19 off what
became the last ball before the interval, with Jonny Bairstow unbeaten on
four.

India paceman Shami had lunch figures of two wickets for 27 runs in 8.4
overs.

England lead this five-match series 1-0 following a 31-run win in the
first Test at Edgbaston last week.
