DHAKA, Nov 2, 2017 (BSS) – Weather may remain mainly dry over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Rajshahi divisions having chances of light to moderate rain elsewhere over the country from November 1 to 7.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershowers may occur at one or two places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet and Chittagong divisions by November 7. Weather may remain mainly dry over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Rajshahi divisions during the period,” said a Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) release this afternoon.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country during this period, the release added.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours ending at 9 am tomorrow and night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country during the period, said another BMD release here.
Maximum temperature was recorded 32.4 degree celsius yesterday at Teknaf in Chittagong division and today’s minimum temperature 17.0 degree celsius at Badalgachhi in Rajshahi division.
The sun sets at 5:19 pm today and rises at 6:06 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
