DHAKA, June 6, 2021 (BSS) – Dhaka Wanderers Club blanked Victoria Sporting Club by 2-0 goals in the second round match of the Bangladesh Championship League Football held today at Bangabandhu National Stadium here.
In the day’s match, Minhaj and Badal scored one goal each for the winners’ in the 26th and 75th minutes respectively for Dhaka Wanderers.
In the day’s another match, Agrani Bank Limited Sporting Club split points with Karwan Bazar Pragati Sangha when their match ended in a 3-3 goal draw at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamlapur.
In the proceeding, Nazmul scored a brace in the 24th and 76th minutes while Abdur supported him with a lone goal in the 29th minute for Agrani Bank while Emon, Afzal and Shamim scored one goal apiece for Karwan Bazar in the 44th, 68th and 82nd minutes respectively.
Saddam and Zahid of Karwan Bazar were shown direct red cards for their unsporting behavior in the match.
