RAJSHAHI, May 16, 2021(BSS)–A total of 3,76,975 people received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccines in the city and eight districts of Rajshahi division since the nationwide second dose vaccination began on April 8.
Of them, 4,984 people including 1,850 females took the second jab today, Dr Habibul Ahsan Talukder, Divisional Director of Health services, told BSS today.
He said 310 including 132 females received vaccines in Rajshahi city and 565 people including 192 females in Rajshahi district, 784 including 270 females in Chapainawabganj, 294 including 107 females in Natore and 784 people including 270 females in Naogaon have got the vaccines.
Apart from this, a total of 554 persons including 257 females got vaccines in Pabna, 740 including 247 females in Sirajganj, 473 including 166 females in Bogra and 357 including 123 females in Joypurhat today received the vaccines, he added.
