Special doa to be offered at all mosques after Jumatul Bida tomorrow

DHAKA, May 6, 2021 (BSS) – Special doa will be offered at all mosques of the country after Jumatul Bida prayers tomorrow (Friday), seeking relief from the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and recovery of the people suffering from COVID-19.

The special doa will be arranged at all the country’s mosques after Jumatul Bida prayers on Friday (24th Ramadan) seeking relief of all people of the world, including Bangladesh, from the coronavirus pandemic, speedy recovery of the COVID-19 patients and the overall welfare of the country, said a press release of the Religious Affairs Ministry.

Khatibs, Imams, Muslims and mosque committees of all the mosques have been requested to take necessary steps to this end.

Besides, special prayers will be organised at other religious places of the country at convenient times, according to their respective religions. The ministry requested the authorities concerned to take necessary measures in this regard.
