DINAJPUR, April 30, 2021 (BSS) – State Minister for Shipping Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury today said BNP wants to make people panicked that’s the party is spreading propaganda at different platforms.
“BNP is criticising the government on social and electronic media. Their only job is to push the country towards darkness and make people panicked. That is why they have admitted Begum Khaleda Zia to a hospital,” he said at a view-exchange meeting in Birol upazila here.
Birol upazilla unit Awami League organised the programme and also distributed Corona protection materials among local people.
Terming BNP as seriously ill, the state minister said no matter what medicine you applied on them, or how many saline bottles you administer, it is impossible to make them healthy again.
Presided over by Birol Municipality Mayor and upazila Awami League President Sobujar Siddique Sagar, the programme was attended by upazila nirbahi officer Jinat Rahman, upazila Awami League general secretary Romakanta Roy and officer in-charge of Birol Police Station Mohammad Nasim.
Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury earlier laid the foundation stone of Birol Central Jame Mosque.
